About The Role (Detailed Job Description)

This is a remote, part-time position for 10 hours per week, reporting to the Regional Medical Leader. The role functions as an integral member of the Eleanor Health treatment team, focusing on medical services within a comprehensive care model.

Key Requirements for Consideration:
• Prior experience prescribing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
• Active DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
• Provide direct patient care, both in-person and via telemedicine, for individuals with MAT needs, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with broader whole-person support services.
• Contribute to fostering a unique and appealing organizational culture that prioritizes mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
• Ensure that all medical care provided and associated documentation comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Qualifications:
• A current, active, and unencumbered Montana Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.
• An MSN degree or higher.
• Current National Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
• A self-starter who can quickly identify tasks that need to be done and take ownership.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation:
The anticipated annual salary range for a full-time role (40 hours per week) is $130,000 to $140,000. As this is a part-time position (10 hours per week), the offered salary will be adjusted proportionally based on the agreed-upon number of hours worked. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as applicant qualifications, years of experience, specific skills, education level, certifications or licenses held, legitimate business factors, and geographic location.
