This is not a typical job posting. It’s a personal invitation from a serial entrepreneur, “Andrew,” to a humble, driven individual to become their protégé. The chosen person will be personally coached across a portfolio of companies.
About the Job:
The goal is to find a “Robin” to Andrew’s “Batman,” someone to teach everything about creating value, keeping promises, managing finances, and more. The protégé will be the closest operator to Andrew, with the long-term goal of becoming a principal; capable of leading and running the business. You will have a front-row seat to building businesses, learn from real experiences, and lead with authenticity.
The Team:
Currently, “Team Andrew” consists of 8 people.
Responsibilities:
• Shadowing & Learning: Observe and learn strategy, operations, and leadership directly from Andrew.
• Execution Across Ventures: Solve problems and fill gaps across various companies in the portfolio.
• Ops & Admin Ownership: Manage essential operational and administrative tasks.
• Growth Projects: Launch and manage new entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Personal & Professional Development: Participate in executive coaching and paid reading programs.
