About the Role

Are you a disciplined trader looking for the capital and mentorship to scale your edge? Irish Knight Holdings is seeking hungry, process-driven interns to join our proprietary trading desk. We provide the capital, the tools, and the mentorship—you provide the discipline and execution.

This is a performance-based internship designed for those who want to transition from retail trading to a professional environment. You will be trading the firm’s capital using institutional strategies (ICT/SMC, Fair Value Gaps, Liquidity Sweeps) with a clear path to becoming a Senior Trader.

The “Proving Ground” (PG) Structure

We believe in skin in the game. Our internship is broken into two distinct phases:

  • Phase 1: The Proving Ground (PG): We provide you with a funded evaluation account (valued at $100). You will trade this account to hit specific profit targets while adhering to strict risk management rules. No payouts are issued during this phase; it is your time to prove your consistency.
  • Phase 2: Trade Broker Stage: Once you pass the PG, you move to a live/qualified account. You will begin earning a commission split on all profits generated.

Note: The initial $100 account cost is reimbursed to the firm from your first successful payout. If you do not pass, you are not obligated to pay the firm back—it is considered an investment in your development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Deep interest in Futures, Forex, or Equity markets.
  • Risk-First Mentality: Ability to follow strict drawdown limits without “revenge trading.”
  • Discipline: Must be able to maintain a detailed trade journal and participate in weekly reviews.
  • Technical Familiarity: Prior exposure to ICT/Smart Money Concepts or Price Action trading is a plus but not required.
  • Self-Starter: You are comfortable working independently and managing your own trading desk.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only: High-percentage profit split on all gains once in the Trade Broker Stage.
  • Uncapped Upside: Your earnings are limited only by your performance and the capital you manage.
