Proposal Operations Intern | TekSynap

This is a summer 2026 internship at TekSynap, located in Reston, VA. TekSynap is a high-tech company that provides comprehensive information management environments, utilizing technology to meet the business needs of Federal Government customers. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s Proposal Operations, contributing to the development and coordination of materials that help secure government contracts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Assist with proposal development activities, including coordination, formatting, and document preparation in support of senior proposal staff.
• Develop: Support the development of responses to government Requests for Information (RFIs) and related solicitation materials.
• Review: Help review proposal content for compliance, accuracy, and consistency with solicitation requirements and internal guidelines.
• Draft: Draft and update past performance summaries with guidance from team members and subject matter experts.
• Maintain: Support internal projects such as documenting lessons learned, organizing proposal content, and maintaining historical materials for future reuse.

• Experience: Ability to follow guidance and support senior staff in proposal-related tasks.
• Skills: Document formatting, Content review, Coordination, Organizational support.
