Description of Duties:
The Property Management Internship supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The internship is divided into three phases:
• Phase 1: Orientation (April 2025):
• Company and facility orientation.
• Overview of Contract and Task Order(s).
• Meeting team members and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Defining company, contract, task order(s), delivery team culture and setting employee expectations.
• Acquiring Badges, CAC ETC
• LMS Training – MDA required
Goal: Intern fully understands their role, responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.
• Phase 2: Execution (April 2025 – June 2025):
• Weekly meetings with lead/supervisor and team members.
• Completing necessary training for Property Management.
• Submitting for user and privileged accounts both ULAN and Remedy Applications.
• OJT and Team training – Acclamation to Property Management and Warehouse Operations.
• Safety Training
• Accountability (FAR/DFAR 52.245-1)
• Tagging
• Record Creation
Goal: Provide the intern with the required skillset desired to transition to an Property Management Team member (PMT).
• Phase 3: Move Team responsibilities (June 2025 – September 2025):
• Concluding any outstanding tasks or providing transition plan.
• Work Orders and Incident management training
• Handheld Scanner training
• Disconnecting IT hardware, PHS&T, relocating users, In-Processing, Out-Processing.
• HSV remote site deliveries.
• IT hardware Recycling responsibilities.
• Forklift Training and Certification.
Goal: Intern concludes duties and tasks and will be evaluated for potential career extension or experience in Property Management.
Basic Requirements:
• Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 0 years of general experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Compensation:
• The position is expected to pay $42,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and certifications.
