What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
• Installation Leadership: Lead software installations across the US and potentially abroad.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present to hospital leadership regarding project progress and needs.
• Training Coordination: Coordinate end-user training to ensure successful software adoption.
• Go-Live Support: Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Project Manager; Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• Experience: A history of academic and professional success.
• Skills: Project management, Presentation to leadership, Coordination of training, Comprehensive support, Autonomous decision-making, Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days with typical trips lasting 2-4 days.
