The Tone:
This is a contract role at LGT Wealth Management, located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. This role is crucial for delivering strategic change and mandatory initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution from ideation to completion across both business and technology components.

• Mission: Facilitate idea generation, project initiation, and end-to-end delivery of strategic and mandatory initiatives across LGT Wealth Management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Facilitate: Conduct team ceremonies and foster an environment that promotes high performance and productivity.
• Plan: Develop comprehensive project plans, including identifying work required, resourcing needs, scheduling activities, and budget planning.
• Coordinate: Manage initiatives across multiple teams, coordinating with other project managers, handling dependencies, and running governance forums like Steering Committees.
• Oversee: Manage project risk, quality, and progress to ensure implementation is on time, within budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
• Deliver: Take responsibility for non-technical components, including business stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree qualified with 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management.
• Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience, including delivering complex, cross-functional projects using Agile methodology, and managing risk and compliance projects in financial services.
• Skills: Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies, expertise in complex problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience in Regulatory & Compliance, Performance Management, Financial Product Implementations, and technology projects, specifically with financial platforms like Avaloq.
