Project Commercialization Manager | Mondelez

This role as a Project Commercialization Manager is essential for ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The position directly impacts the successful launch and market availability of new and existing products, supporting the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Governance: Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them to global leads or program managers when needed.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Budget & Resource Management: Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization for projects.
• Go-Live Readiness: Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a minimum of 4 years of work experience specifically in project commercialization roles within the FMCG industry.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a role into project commercialization from the FMCG industry. Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Skills:
• Project Planning & Risk Mitigation: Excellent project planning skills, proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations, and managing strict timelines.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, able to drive effective discussions across project resources from tactical execution up to steering committee members, and ability to influence positively in decision making.
• Cost, Schedule & Quality Focus: Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
• Team Building & Analytics: Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners, combined with strong conceptual and analytic problem-solving skills.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Ownership of the relationship with external vendors, including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.
