Project Manager – Epic

This Project Manager position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance to successful candidates.

Implementing software that saves lives.

Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations. You’ll be part of a team that leads software installations, ensuring the success of newcomers to the Epic community. This role offers the opportunity to travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as you support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present to hospital leadership on project progress and strategies.
  • Coordinate end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of our software.
  • Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables with autonomy, backed by full support and guidance from Epic.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
