The Tone:
This is a full-time Project Manager role at Epic, located on our campus in Madison, WI, requiring relocation to the area. Epic develops comprehensive software solutions for healthcare organizations worldwide. In this position, you will lead critical software implementations, directly improving patient care and ensuring successful adoption for new clients within the Epic community. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects that save lives across the US and potentially abroad.

• Mission: Lead software installations and impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations, ensuring the success of newcomers to the Epic community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Presentation: Present project progress and strategic plans to hospital leadership.
• Training: Coordinate end-user training sessions to ensure the smooth adoption of our software.
• Support: Provide comprehensive support to healthcare providers as they go live with Epic software.
• Management: Manage project timelines, allocated resources, and deliverables with autonomy and guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major. This role is open to individuals without prior software experience, as all necessary knowledge will be learned on the job.
• Experience: A history of demonstrated academic and professional success. Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and willing to travel 25-60% of working days, typically involving 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days each month. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing project timelines and resources, effective communication for presenting to leadership, and the ability to coordinate training and support activities for software implementation.
