About the Job: Project Management Intern with Business Intelligence Focus

Responsibilities of the BI Intern / Project Management Intern:
The ideal candidate for this role will have an active interest in researching market data from various sources such as industry reports, CRM entries, and other information repositories. The intern will work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including project managers, product managers, IT personnel, and leadership within the Intellectual Property to Products (IP2P) initiative. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Manager and IP2P throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure effective monitoring and control of project execution. Specific duties include:
• Collaborating with project managers to develop comprehensive project plan documents, which encompass identifying necessary resources and establishing budgets to meet project requirements.
• Assisting the Program Manager in the development of various reports, detailed documentation, and informative briefings concerning project processes.
• Attending meetings with Project Managers (PMs) to identify and meticulously record action items, and supporting coordination efforts to ensure the completion of these tasks.
• Providing assistance in the development of project status reports and any other required documentation as needed.
• Organizing collected market data into a consolidated, user-friendly database or directory. This organization aims to facilitate rapid business intelligence operations for product managers.

Required Qualifications for the Project Management Intern:
• Must be a rising junior or senior undergraduate student, or a graduate student.
• Must possess a strong interest in business, data analytics, or marketing.
• Must be organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and possess the capacity to change priorities quickly and work effectively under deadlines.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
