Job Description:
This is a Project Management Intern position, offering hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations projects within a dynamic, multicultural environment. The intern will work with the HiRel Operations Project Management (SPM) team, gaining exposure to industry tools and collaborating with experts to contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the SPM Team: Work closely with the HiRel Operations Project Management (SPM) team under the guidance of an experienced Operations Project Manager (PJM).
• Learn & Apply Tools: Be introduced to the tools, methods, and working environment used in HiRel Operations Development Projects.
• Contribute to Projects:
• Assist in running operations development projects.
• Contribute to the progress and success of current projects by applying your skills and insights.
• Build Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience in project management processes and methodologies, contributing to your personal and professional growth during the internship.

Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Coursework & Knowledge: Have taken courses or have practical experience in:
• Financial management
• Accounting
• Statistics
• Microeconomics
• Data analytics
• Project Management Expertise: Have knowledge of project management principles and are familiar with the functions of a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Work Style: Enjoy taking initiative, have a structured approach to tasks, and thrive in a focused working style.
• Collaboration & Communication: Can communicate openly, clearly, and coherently, enabling successful cooperation with both project managers and technical engineering team members.
• Cultural Adaptability: Feel comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• US citizen or green card holder: This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
