Job Description: Project Management Intern

This internship, running from approximately May 2025 to August 2025 (with potential extension into Fall 2025), requires a minimum 12-week, full-time, on-site commitment. It’s designed for currently enrolled students; recent graduates should apply for full-time positions. International students on CPT must verify their eligibility for 40-hour workweeks with their schools. The internship involves working closely with the Service Operations team to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement Analysis: Conduct process reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to pinpoint areas needing improvement within service operations.
Process Design & Implementation: Design and implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams (product, data analytics, field operations) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of improvements.
Field Operations Validation: Work with the field operations team to validate process changes and ensure their smooth adoption.
Stakeholder Communication: Participate in stakeholder alignment reviews, providing updates on project progress and results.
Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to inform process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
