Job Description: Project Management Intern (REMOTE)
This is an unpaid internship reporting to the CTO. The intern will be a key member of a small team, supporting a group of PhD- and Master’s-level Industrial and Organizational Psychology interns. The role focuses on project management and contributing to the enhancement of employee performance.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Project Manager, owning and managing projects, tasks, goals, and time estimates.
• Partner with the CTO to define processes and retrospectives.
• Run meetings, track team progress, and facilitate team communication.
• Promote continuous learning, team autonomy, and improved team velocity.
• Evaluate team capacity and assist in planning and managing resources.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Product Management, or relevant work experience.
• Strong Agile experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization and user interfaces.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a data-driven, human-centric toolkit.
• Experience in user research, documenting requirements, and creating product roadmaps.
• High proficiency in Project Management software.
