About the Role:
In this role, you will make an impact by applying developing business process and project management skills within a specific area of business or technical specialty. You will be instrumental in supporting project teams and managers, contributing to various stages of project lifecycle, and facilitating effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities & Impact:
- Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty.
- Manages small portions of well-defined projects.
- Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
- Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.
- Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
- Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.
- Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
- Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.
- Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Educational Background:

Compensation (2026 Monthly Salary Range by Degree Level):
- Bachelor’s: $3,500 – $4,400
- Master’s: $5,600
- PhD: $5,800
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Internship Program Criteria:
- Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
- Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred.
- Must be able to complete a minimum of 4-months to 6-months or a maximum of a 12-months commitment.
- Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to learn from others on the job.
- Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.
