• Mission: Support the growth and success of TikTok LIVE creators and agency partners by managing operational tasks and strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process and document verification for new potential agency partners.
• Data Management: Manage lead tracking and maintain comprehensive databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Communication: Coordinate communication efforts with potential new agency leads to foster engagement.
• Strategy Support: Support the execution of TikTok LIVE’s agency growth strategy, including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement initiatives.
• Operational Tasks: Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives.
• Campaign Execution: Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of both in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MBA, with a demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Experience: Able to commit to at least a 3-month long internship period.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders, proactive learning ability, team-oriented mindset, detail-focused approach, and high accountability.
• Bonus: A passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture; a creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset; and familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends.
