About the Internship

As a Project Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining a valuable glimpse into professional real-world experience. This role offers practical skills development through on-the-job learning within a fast-paced work environment, helping you to deepen your understanding of your career interests.

• Duration: Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3-month long internship period.

Responsibilities

• Community Management:
• Manage the TikTok Shop’s top creator community.
• Organize and promote community activities and incentive programs to enhance engagement and activity levels within the community.
• Event Support:
• Assist in the operation of creator events.
• Contribute to activity design, promotional materials, and event marketing to ensure successful execution.
• Offline Collaboration Events:
• Support the organization and hosting of offline events for creators and partners.
• Facilitate communication and synergy within the creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven skills in data analysis.
• Strong interest in social media platforms.
• Proven skills in communication and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in campaign creation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $23.75.
• Benefits: Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to:
• Health insurance
• Life insurance
• Wellbeing benefits and more.
• 10 paid holidays per year.
• Paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half of the year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remotely may also be eligible for housing allowance.
