About the Internship:
As a Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide a glimpse into professional real-world experience. This role offers practical, on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment, helping you develop valuable skills and a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation of creator events, including campaign design, promotional materials, and event marketing to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze data to help identify trends and insights that can drive program success.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Support the documentation and organization of program materials.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven skills in data interpretation.
• Proven skills in data process tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or related tools).
• Strong interest in social media platforms.
• Proven skills in communication and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in campaign creation.

Internship Logistics:

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – early application is encouraged.
• Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3-month long internship period.

Compensation & Benefits (Campus Intern):

• Hourly Rate: $23.75 – $23.75 (in the selected city).
• Benefits: Interns receive day-one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more.
• Paid Time Off: Interns receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half of the year).
• Housing Allowance: Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
