Project Finance Analyst I/II | Truist

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Truist, located in the United States. Truist facilitates project finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions. This position is vital for assisting with the complete lifecycle of these transactions, from origination and structuring to execution, ensuring effective coordination across multiple internal teams and a positive client experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Support: Assist with the origination, structuring, and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Functional/Matrix partners across Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Operations to process transactions and manage client experiences.
• Business Development: Contribute to new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring, and execution alongside Origination and Structuring teams.
• Client Communications: Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials.
• Financial Analysis: Perform pricing runs, financial modeling, return analysis, and comparable transaction/relative value analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an undergraduate program.
• Experience: Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program.
• Skills: Proven analytical ability and attention to detail, solid leadership and interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program.
