Embark on a dynamic Project Engineer Internship / Co-Op at Winter Construction, specifically tailored for ambitious students who have completed their freshman year of college. As a Project Engineer Intern, you’ll be integrated directly into the core operations of our projects, gaining comprehensive exposure to a wide spectrum of daily business functions. This includes:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Dive into pre-construction planning, assist with project start-up, manage project documentation, contribute to scheduling, oversee close-out procedures, and understand warranty management.
• Technical & Operational Skills: Gain practical experience in estimating, managing submittals, implementing quality assurance, and ensuring rigorous safety protocols.
• Financial Acumen: Understand project finances and budget management.
• Strategic & Client Engagement: Participate in site analysis, assist with compelling presentations, contribute to business development initiatives, and foster essential client relationships.
