What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and the Operations team, managing calendars, answering phones, and preparing reports and documentation.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between Project Managers and clients, managing incoming and outgoing communications to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Office Administration: Handle routine office tasks such as mail filing, data entry, vendor relations, and managing office supplies.
• Project Logistics: Support the project team with logistical arrangements for project-related events.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any administrative or coordination issues, providing solutions and escalating concerns when necessary.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Entry-level role; prior administrative or coordination experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
