What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize: Support project managers by meticulously organizing project schedules for various commercial real estate and construction projects.
• Track: Monitor project progress closely and track key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain: Accurately maintain and update all project documentation, ensuring information is current and accessible to all relevant parties.
• Coordinate: Facilitate effective communication and coordinate meetings among internal teams, external contractors, and clients.
• Improve: Contribute to continuous process improvements and workflow efficiency by proactively flagging potential issues and suggesting solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in widely used office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, along with familiarity with basic project tracking software.
• Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and effective time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; clear written and verbal communication abilities for diverse audiences; keen attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data; analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach; ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment while maintaining professional conduct.
• Bonus: A genuine interest in commercial real estate, construction, or development, with prior relevant coursework or related work experience considered a significant advantage.
