This is a part-time, paid internship for a Project Coordinator located in Miami, FL. The position is considered a key role within the company, involving significant interactions with vendors, other employees, and customers. It requires a good team attitude and a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations to ensure impeccable customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Coordination of the bid calendar.
• Downloading of plans from customers’ websites.
• Uploading of plans to internal servers.
• Designation of bidding status and job assignment to the sales department.
• Providing assistance to the fulfillment department and project management teams.
• Engaging in communications with the sales team and customers.
• Updating information related to bids and projects on shared access programs, such as Zoho CRM.
Required Qualifications:
• A prominent command of computers and the internet.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An excellent team player.
• A strong work ethic.
