Project Coordinator | DaBella

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role at DaBella, scheduled Monday through Friday. DaBella stands as the fastest-growing home improvement company in the United States, rapidly expanding its presence with a total of 60 branches across the nation and continuous new location openings annually. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Location: In-office
• Pay: $22.00–$24.00 Hourly
• Mission: This person is responsible for managing a variety of projects, ensuring the delivery of consistent positive customer experiences, and driving regional productivity to achieve the overall success of the branch.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Partner with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Oversee: Monitor projects across various markets to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors arriving at the office.
• Process: Handle the efficient processing of deposits and final payments for assigned projects.
• Manage: Coordinate all office supply orders and effectively manage vendor relationships.
• Provide: Offer comprehensive general clerical and administrative support to the team.
