What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Administration: Assist project teams in planning, scheduling, and documentation efforts, ensuring all project files and correspondence are accurately maintained.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all travel logistics for project team members and manage the organization of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute recording.
• Vendor Management: Support communication with vendors, diligently following up on deliverables to ensure timely and accurate receipt.
• Financial Support: Perform essential cost control tasks, contributing to the financial oversight of projects.
• On-Site Support: Participate in project execution phases at shipyards worldwide, providing administrative and basic technical support to the project team while ensuring safety compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate degree or close to graduating with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, or a related field).
• Experience: Up to 1 year of relevant work experience, valuing internships or project work completed during studies.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office 365, ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently, willingness to travel internationally for 2–3 months at shipyards, and a positive attitude with a commitment to safety.
• Bonus: Familiarity with project planning tools is a plus.
