What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Monitor project financials and generate accurate, timely reports on project status, budgets, and performance.
• Liaise: Serve as a key point of contact for project managers, providing updates and addressing financial questions related to assigned projects.
• Maintain: Ensure project data is consistently updated, accurate, and reflects the current status of domestic and international projects.
• Support: Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and cost reconciliation across multiple projects as needed.
• Resolve: Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve discrepancies in project financial data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) at an early career level.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with internships welcome. Comfort working with both domestic and international project accounting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, experience in a project-based or engineering consulting environment, experience in multi-entity or international organizations, or experience in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment.
