Job Description: Program Security Representative

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Program Security Representative to deliver “Mission First” results. This position will play a key role in developing, implementing, and administering security policy and procedures to support C4ISR mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and administer security policy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Industrial Security regulations and applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance (32 CFR Part 117 – NISPOM).
• Work in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.
• Develop and conduct security education and training programs.
• Support all Security related disciplines including Personnel Security (PERSEC), Security Education, and Classification Management.
• Utilize the requirements set forth in the applicable DoD Guidance.

Qualifications:

Must have a Final Clearance
• Knowledge of Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC).
• Familiarity with the DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR, NISS.
• Ability to work well independently and in group settings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
• Proficient in SIMS and DISS management.
• Scheduling and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated record of ability to work up, down and across the organization.

Desired Skills:

• Certificates and/or experience in Personnel Security.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret
