What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide comprehensive day-to-day assistance to the Manager across various program and operational activities, ensuring smooth departmental functioning.
• Coordinate: Assist actively with all aspects of project coordination, including detailed scheduling, thorough documentation, and diligent follow-up on tasks to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor: Diligently track project timelines, critical deadlines, varying priorities, and outstanding action items to ensure accountability and progress towards completion.
• Organize: Methodically organize and maintain all project-related information, essential documents, detailed reports, and other operational materials for efficient access and retrieval.
• Develop: Gradually assume increased ownership of assigned projects, systematically managing them through all phases from initial planning to successful completion.

• Background: Entry-level candidates and recent graduates demonstrating strong potential are highly encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency as a Bilingual Mandarin speaker is a core requirement for this role.
• Experience: This position is ideal for individuals with no prior program management experience but who possess a keen interest in developing a long-term career within program management, operations, or general organizational management.
• Skills: Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across different departments and with team members. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, a proactive attitude, and robust problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
