Job Description: Program Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Business Process Transformation: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Finance and Human Resources.
• Software Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.
• Process Analysis and Strategy: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define new process strategies.
• Requirement Documentation: Document detailed requirements for software development and system changes.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation.
• Execution Planning: Develop and implement plans for project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to monitor project success, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
