Job Description: Program Manager Intern

Team: Analytics & Automation

Duration: Minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Process Transformation: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Finance and Human Resources.
Software Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.
Process Analysis and Strategy: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define new process strategies.
Requirement Documentation: Document detailed requirements for software development and system changes.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation.
Execution Planning: Develop and implement plans for project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery.
Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to monitor project success, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills:
• Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work independently.
• Excellent business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
