About the Job
The Program Manager II, Supply Chain Spares Analytics, Data Center Operations is responsible for developing and executing spares strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading edge technology to power Google’s global data centers. This role will also work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and oversee the execution of the spares strategies that directly support Google’s rapidly growing hardware infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes
• Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption
• Partner with Finance and Inventory Management to enable cost optimization and awareness
• Partner with NPI to ensure seamless production ramp on innovative new technologies
• Contribute to supply chain designs to enable scalable supply chain models
• Enable process improvements and tool development for the ongoing evolution of the team
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with materials planning, forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain management
Preferred qualifications:
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience in supply chain spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory and operations management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational skills
