Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Management – Subcontract Associate Manager to perform subcontract program management and administration duties in support of the M270 and HIMARS Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting new business proposals, post-award contracts execution, and contract closeout.
• Overseeing a team of subcontract administrators and managing subcontract tasks such as:
• Preparing bid packages
• Organizing bidders’ conferences
• Defining evaluation criteria
• Assessing proposals
• Negotiating subcontract provisions
• Finalizing subcontractor selection
• Administering subcontracts
• Overseeing the negotiation and coordination of subcontract modifications, additions, and deletions.
• Collaborating with Contracts Administration and Purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within authorized limits.
• Performing Cost Account Management tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Major subcontract management experience in a defense environment
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience developing teammates
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Desired Skills:

• Familiar with using SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition procedures
• Experience with negotiating and administering Fixed Price and Cost type subcontracts

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
