Job Description: Program Management Intern
Razorfish is seeking a Program Management Intern to support Associate Program Managers and Program Managers across multiple projects and workstreams. This role involves close collaboration with Project Leads, providing crucial support in various areas.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with staffing adjustments based on workload fluctuations across different projects.
• Maintaining and documenting new and essential processes within the program management team.
• Documenting project team activities, including schedules, meeting notes, agendas, status reports, and meeting setup.
• Coordinating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, encompassing status reports, invoices, change orders, project schedules, budgets, and post-mortem reviews.
• Generating financial reports for both internal and client use.
• Assisting in updating project financial documentation, such as estimates, revenue forecasts, actuals, invoicing, payables, and receivables.
• Adhering to and suggesting improvements to standard policies and procedures.

Eligibility:
• Current college senior, recent graduate, career changer, or re-entering the workforce.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (flexible schedules considered).
Program Details:
• Hybrid internship (three days in-office).
• 10-week program (June 2, 2025 – August 1, 2025).
• 40 hours per week.
