Job Description

This role involves successfully completing daily tasks and/or projects as assigned. The individual will complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner while exhibiting the Cooper University Healthcare Core Value qualities. The ideal candidate must convey a positive attitude and be self-motivated. A key component of this role is the completion and presentation of a brief final report on key responsibilities and learning at the final team meeting.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Some program assistant, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Education: College degree or current enrollment in a degree program.
• Skills:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills: Strong oral/written communication skills are essential.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work well with people of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound judgment.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work in multiple computer systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, and comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
