• Mission: To ensure efficient program operations, manage case data, monitor compliance with client and firm protocols, and provide essential support to attorneys and claims professionals for a high volume of files.
• Tech Stack: Document management systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (with advanced skills in data organization, comparison, combination, processing, manipulation, pivot tables, and functions).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data and File Management: Systematically review and obtain required information from internal and external systems, create and manage new files, and maintain comprehensive case lists for the program. This includes tracking key performance metrics and case deadlines across a large volume of files, and updating all relevant internal and client-facing databases and systems. You will also organize and distribute essential program documents and information.
• Compliance Monitoring and Guidance: Monitor the activities of program personnel and provide clear guidance to ensure full compliance with established client and firm guidelines and protocols.
• Program Reporting and Analysis: Analyze program data to identify trends and key insights, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for various audiences.
• Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact, corresponding promptly with clients, claims professionals, and attorneys on issues, metrics, workflows, and deadlines. This also involves responding timely to emails, questions, and one-off program-related requests, and coordinating regular team meetings as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-level professional with a strong preference for a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate.
• Experience: Preferred 3 or more years of civil litigation experience gained either within a law firm environment or with an insurance company.
• Skills:
• Strong computer proficiency, specifically with document management systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the capability to proficiently organize, compare, combine, process, and manipulate large data sets, along with creating and utilizing pivot tables and complex functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to identify, understand, and address the root cause of problems, proposing and implementing viable solutions.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively, prioritize numerous competing demands, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
