Job Description
The Lab is seeking a professional marketing intern to support their sales and marketing team. This internship offers hands-on marketing experience and is an ideal opportunity for students to expand their knowledge of B2B marketing. The successful candidate will serve as a researcher, coordinator, and marketing campaign assistant.

Job Duties
• Research potential clients
• Support sales and marketing executives with administrative duties
• Maintain prospect profiles and lead lists in The Lab’s marketing database
• Assemble marketing collateral packages for client sales presentations
• Keep a weekly inventory of all products used
• Assist with the creation and execution of email and hardcopy marketing campaigns
• Provide upkeep of marketing spreadsheets to help track department performance
• Submit recap reports of marketing efforts
• Offer creative insight to campaigns and demonstrate an eagerness to learn
• Complete other administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Candidate Requirements
• Must be a student currently enrolled in a college or university
• Must maintain a consistent in-office schedule (20 hours per week; not a remote position)
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written) skills
• Resourceful, able to improvise, and solve problems
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Business, Marketing, or Advertising majors preferred
• Prior experience in an office environment is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce database is a plus
