The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM, with potential for overtime.
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Pay: $26.20/hr
• Team: Building Envelope Team
• Mission: Ensuring the quality and efficient flow of materials and products through the manufacturing process.
• Tech Stack: SAP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Quality Control: Measure bundle heights, check board lengths and squareness, and identify general defects in materials.
• Production Support: Communicate any identified quality issues to pour table operators during production runs to ensure continuous quality.
• Machine Operation: Operate various manufacturing machines including robots, saws, conveyors, and packaging equipment, while monitoring both product and equipment performance.
• Material Logistics: Handle, maintain the flow of, and accurately log the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Safety Adherence: Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures safely and actively promote a culture of health and safety across all work environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma. Early career professional with foundational knowledge in manufacturing or warehousing operations.
• Experience: One to two years of experience in a shipping/warehousing operation, including required forklift experience. One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
• Skills: Forklift operation, basic quality assurance knowledge, general machine operation, material handling, and inventory logging.
• Bonus: Experience with inventory software, with SAP preferred.
