Job Description: Product Validation Intern

This internship offers an opportunity for early career professionals to join the Product Validation team in St. Nazianz. The team is critical to ensuring that CNH equipment meets stringent durability, performance, and quality expectations before it reaches customers. Comprised of test engineers and technicians, they are responsible for building, testing, and analyzing prototype machines, serving as the final checkpoint for product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Job Purpose for the Intern:
As a Product Validation Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience by directly participating in the validation process. You will be involved in assembling prototypes, conducting tests, and analyzing performance data. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with engineers, technicians, and even directly with customers in the field, gaining real-world insights into product development and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the assembly of prototype components and machines specifically for validation testing.
• Assisting in data acquisition and analysis to evaluate the performance of systems and entire machines.
• Participating in various testing activities, including durability, performance, and software testing on full vehicles.
• Supporting field testing activities, which includes interacting with customers and gathering real-world feedback on product performance.
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to pinpoint issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose improvements.
• Documenting results and contributing to reports that are crucial for product validation and informing future improvement decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors or a related field:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Agricultural Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
