Job Description
Disney Entertainment is seeking a Product & Project Management Intern to join its Partnerships and Project Management Office (PMO) team in Southeast Asia (SEA). The intern will provide project management support to the Regional Partnerships, Product and PMO Lead and assist in managing multiple workstreams and projects in SEA markets.
The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical/engineering, marketing, brand, and content teams, to ensure the successful launch of strategic initiatives and product requests. Responsibilities will include coordinating activities, gaining input from key partners and stakeholders, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with a curious mind and a keen interest in contributing, learning, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions and business partner reviews. The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, Design and Media, or a related field
• Strong time management skills juggling multiple projects
• Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
• Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for creatives, marketing, and partnerships
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strategic thinker with good communications skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office, Google documents/sheets
Internship Requirements
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024
