About The Role
This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Head of Monetization, Packaging and Pricing Strategy, sits within the broader Product Management organization and ultimately reports to Anneka Gupta, Rubrik’s Chief Product Officer. You will be instrumental in strategizing and executing our go-to-market approach with a product monetization and business model that is deeply aligned with customer value.
Your work will directly and visibly contribute to Rubrik’s overall strategy and success, tackling complex business problems that are top-of-mind for our executive leadership. We expect you to work collaboratively, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and independently leading problem-solving initiatives. You will develop and package clear recommendations for presentation to management, support execution efforts, and manage a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, including teams from Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. At every turn, our team strives to uncover significant value and opportunities for the Business.

Responsibilities Include
• Develop and refine monetization strategies for core platform products and identify opportunities to expand revenue in new markets.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement innovative product monetization models.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to execute and operationalize new business strategies effectively.
• Lead the execution and implementation of crucial pricing, packaging, and overall monetization decisions.
• Synthesize complex data and market insights into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership.
• Function as a “player-coach,” actively guiding team members to improve capabilities and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications
• Education: Actively enrolled in an MBA program in the US.
• Graduation: Expected graduation in Spring 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in relevant fields such as pricing, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
• Analytical Skills: Possess advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready presentation capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical Curiosity: Exhibit a genuine passion for technology and a willingness to delve deeply into technical product landscapes.
• Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across various functions and levels of seniority.
• Execution-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of delivering tangible results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

US Pay Range
$65-70/hour USD. A housing and relocation stipend will also be provided to support your transition.
