Job Description: Product Marketing Intern (12-week paid internship)
This 12-week paid internship offers hands-on experience and training within T-Mobile’s Product Marketing team. Interns will gain valuable experience, network with other interns and company leaders, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. The program emphasizes contributing creatively and developing meaningful skills.
What You’ll Do:
The internship involves a variety of projects contributing directly to T-Mobile’s marketing strategies. Specific responsibilities include:
• Market Analysis and Research: Conducting creative market analysis and internal research to understand trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Product Use Case Analysis: Gaining hands-on experience in understanding how T-Mobile’s products serve customers and differentiate in the market.
• Reporting and Analytics: Supporting the team with reporting and analytics to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.
• Marketing Plan Implementation: Actively participating in the tactical execution of marketing plans and contributing to impactful results.
• Program Support: Participating in the creation, development, and execution of marketing programs and strategies aligned with corporate marketing initiatives to grow the company’s business presence.
• Competitive Analysis: Recommending new marketing tactics in response to competitive landscape analysis.
• Sales Opportunity Monitoring: Closely monitoring sales opportunities and quickly providing upper management with trends to maximize marketing opportunities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with team members and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leadership.
• Process Improvement: Providing creative marketing support and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications: At least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, graduated within the last 12 months OR actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program. Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible. Employer does not sponsor work visas. Relocation assistance may be provided. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour based on experience/location.
