About the Job:

This is a Product Marketing Internship, designed for students graduating in 2026 or 2027 who can commit to a full 1-year internship. The role focuses on supporting go-to-market tactics, content creation, and market analysis within the product marketing team. The internship emphasizes teamwork, respect, and a fun, relaxed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts market research to uncover customer needs, pain points, and trends.
• Assists in the creation and updates of sales collateral, including competitive audits and battlecards.
• Supports competitive strategies and product launches/go to market plays.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
• Supports the team in refining and optimizing product positioning based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
• Supports testing of new products (alpha/beta) with the research and development teams.
• Curates key updates from product managers and PMMs to share timely, relevant product news with the sales team each month.

Who They’re Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED (or international equivalent), required.
• Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of related experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), preferred.
• Exposure to or interest in tools like Figma, Slack, and Asana preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn simple website or landing page builders (no coding required) to help create and update sales content without relying on design resources.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Skilled and adept at learning new technologies.
• Passion for helping small business succeed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preference given to candidates who can commit to a 1-year internship.
• Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
• Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
