About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our core platform. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind defining the product strategy, roadmaps, and features that enhance our platform’s capabilities and user experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the platform, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable user stories, detailed requirements, and epics. Ruthlessly prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value, managing a healthy and transparent backlog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub of communication between engineering, UX/UI design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear understanding of product goals, requirements, and smooth execution from concept to launch.
• User Experience & Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experience across all platform touchpoints. Advocate for user-centric design principles and validate solutions through user testing and feedback loops.
• Performance & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for all product initiatives. Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze data, and iterate based on insights to drive continuous improvement, adoption, and growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to all internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership. Manage expectations, gather feedback proactively, and build strong relationships.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and widespread adoption. Enable sales teams with necessary product knowledge, training, and collateral.
• Technical Acumen: Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, understanding underlying architecture and technical constraints to inform product decisions and identify innovative solutions.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or platform technology environment.
• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLCs), web technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture. Ability to bridge the gap between technical details and business strategy.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions, define success metrics, and measure outcomes.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, persuasively, and concisely to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Problem Solving: A proactive, resourceful, and creative approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to overcome challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Proven track record of launching successful products or features that significantly impacted user growth, engagement, or revenue.
• Experience managing products with significant platform or API components for developers.
