About the job

As a Product Manager at Google, you will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, marketers, and other team members to build experiences and launch pilot experiments. You will also collaborate with Data Science, UX research, and engineering to draw learnings from pilots and rapidly iterate based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build a solid understanding of educator and school leader needs around teacher productivity and student differentiation through research, data insights, and user empathy interviews.
• Devise product roadmap to address customer needs and drive leadership alignment. Compose high quality feature PRDs to bring clarity on user needs, milestones, and next steps.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional team members to build experiences and launch pilot experiments.
• Collaborate with Data Science, UX research, and engineering to draw learnings from pilots and rapidly iterate based on user feedback to Google Analytics quality.
• Work with Research/Deepmind teams to improve base model quality for Edu-specific use cases.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end product management of software/web technologies.
• Background working in EdTech space or experience as an educator.
• Background in building and launching AI/ML-based features.
