What You Will Do
We are actively seeking to fill multiple technology summer internships within the Disney Experiences Technology organization. Our technology teams operate from various office locations. By applying to this Product Management Internship position, you will be considered for opportunities across multiple teams and projects based specifically in Orlando, Florida.
This is a paid, 12-week summer internship program designed for junior-level students studying Technology. It offers a unique opportunity to apply technical skills to real-world projects alongside industry leaders. Our Disney Tech Internship program is committed to providing meaningful experiences through professional development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and career placement assistance. You will be matched with technology positions based on your skills, interests, and geographic preferences.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on some of the most successful brands in the entertainment business by engaging in challenging projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As part of an agile team, you’ll work alongside talented technologists who share your passion.
Interns will also have the chance to collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain user-friendly data structures, facilitating reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest in the fast-paced area of product management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
- A preference for learning product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of product management methodologies like Agile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint.
- Experience working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Curiosity and an interest in creating efficient consumer experiences.
- Strong organizational skills.
Education
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
- At the time of application, you must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
- Housing and Transportation: All interns are required to provide their own housing and transportation during the internship.
- Program Dates: Interns must be fully available from May/June 2026 through August/September 2026. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation
The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $42 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
