Role Summary: Product Management Internship
At Intuit, Product Managers are responsible for taking groundbreaking products from conception to reality. They prioritize customer needs, lead agile development, and deliver delightful products and experiences that improve customer lives.
Product Management Internship projects offer a diverse range of experiences, including:
- Building new features.
- Solving problems for new customer segments.
- Launching rapid experiments.
- Aligning product experiences across the Intuit ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Management Intern, you will:
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success professionals to create new products and features.
- Become a customer expert by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights.
- Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning, and create the product roadmap.
- Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply innovative and new technologies to enhance customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Current Student Status: Must be currently enrolled in a U.S.-based, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) and returning to school following the internship.
- Expected Graduation Date: December 2026 or later.
- Relevant Programs: Bachelor’s, Master’s/MBA, and PhD students studying Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or another field related to Product Management.
- Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing, building, or implementing solutions that leverage Machine Learning, AI, or automation technology.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas.
- Accountability & Prioritization: Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion with decisive prioritization.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings.
Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To ensure ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Expected Base Pay Range: $45.67 – $70.37/hr.
