About The Team

The Global Product and Design group is central to the mission of the Streaming and Games Team. This group is responsible for the global streaming platform that supports all the video products their fans love. They plan, design, and build for connected TVs, web, mobile phones, tablets, and consoles for a large footprint of leading products and brands (Max, discovery+, Food Network, CNN, Golf TV, MotorTrend, Eurosport, and many more). They operate as one company with one mission: to be the premier media and entertainment leader globally.

About The Projects You May Work On

As an intern, you will gain experience working across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Analytics to contribute to defining and shipping high impact features and products. Interns will gain a deep understanding of product management and design by participating in an end-to-end view of the function through hands-on experience.

PM interns will contribute to (including, but not limited to):

• Product discovery, delivery, and assessing outcomes
• User research
• Understanding customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Evaluating opportunities using various inputs and frameworks
• Prioritization
• Partnering with design and engineering to create customer-centric solutions
• Go-to-market planning
• Measuring and assessing outcomes

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (proof of enrollment required).
• Must be a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Must be in good academic standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA).
• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future.

What you need to know about the Global Product & Design Summer 2025 Program Application Process:

• Program Dates: June 2nd – August 15th (11 weeks)
• Application Deadline: October 25th
• Paid Internship
• Credit is not required, but documentation will be provided if necessary.
• Cover letter not required. Demonstrate passion for the position through your resume.
• Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis through Fall 2024.
• Pay Rate: $34 – $39 per hour USD (depending on internship location).
