Job Description: Product Management Intern

This internship offers a college student the chance to contribute meaningfully to Rauland’s product development process. The intern will work alongside industry experts, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Support: Assist the Product Team in product discovery, design, and prototyping, contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle.
Market Research: Conduct customer and partner interviews to gather and validate product requirements. Analyze market data to understand customer needs and inform product strategy.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources (market, customers, partners) to support product decisions.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure project success.
Documentation: Update and create product documentation.
Vendor Integration: Assist with integration projects involving third-party vendors.
Administrative Tasks: Perform ad-hoc requests aligned with business priorities and workflow/process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a health-related field.
• Junior or senior standing.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and judgment skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in software programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.

The internship offers an hourly salary between $45,000 and $50,000 annually. No additional incentives are mentioned.
