Job Description: Product Management Intern
ServiceTrade seeks a motivated Product Management Intern to join their team in Durham, NC (in-office role). The intern will work closely with the Product team, contributing to problem-solving and process improvement across the company. Responsibilities include:
• Operational Process Understanding: Learning about the company’s operational procedures and workflows.
• Problem Identification and Solution Refinement: Identifying customer and business challenges and contributing to the development of effective solutions.
• Collaboration with Key Departments: Interacting with various departments involved in product development.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Applying process analysis and improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The internship provides hands-on experience in areas such as process analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Currently pursuing a degree in product management, computer science, or a related field.

The internship is a 9-week paid position (June 2nd – August 1st), offering an hourly rate of $23/hour, along with a company laptop and participation in company events and intern-specific activities.
