Job Description:
This internship offers a comprehensive opportunity to gain practical experience in Product Management. As a Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for:
• Product Lifecycle Management: You will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial definition and enhancement to planning, design, forecasting, production, and ultimately, end-of-life.
• Project Management: You will apply your knowledge of job skills and company procedures to develop schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and define critical deliverables for assigned programs.
• Customer Support: You will support both internal and external customers by performing various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit’s primary function.
• Technical Tasks: You will prepare Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs), gaining a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the job.
• Problem Solving: You will work on assignments ranging from routine to moderately complex, requiring basic problem resolution skills. This includes coordinating activities with project teams, internal and external development partners, updating schedules and resource allocation, and tracking progress against established plans.
• Administrative Support: You will assist with material preparation, testing sample arrangements, and logistics support, including researching information, analyzing data, compiling reports, coordinating work processes, and adhering to established procedures.

• Developed knowledge of job skills and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs.
• Ability to support internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit’s primary function.
• Ability to prepare Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Ability to develop a thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
• Ability to work on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution.
• Ability to coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners.
• Ability to update schedule and resource allocation.
• Ability to track progress against the established plan to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Ability to assist with materials preparation, testing samples arrangement, and logistic support.
• Ability to research information, analyze, and compile data for reports.
• Ability to coordinate work processes following work unit manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and normally receive no instruction on routine work and general instructions for new assignments.
