Job Description: Product Management Intern
Program Summary:
This 11-week summer internship (June 2nd – August 15th, 2025) in Marlborough, MA, offers a hybrid work schedule (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The program emphasizes individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns will primarily focus on their assigned area (Product Management) while participating in various development activities, including:
• Weekly IKE (Information Knowledge Exchange) sessions with senior leadership
• Skills workshops
• Weekly coffee chats and a “Coffee with the CEO” event
• Final projects and presentations
• Engagement events with fellow interns
Job Summary:
As a Product Management Intern, you will collaborate with Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include:
• Creating, prioritizing, and supporting product execution.
• Conducting research and analysis on user requirements.
• Evaluating tools and processes.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Developing business training and documentation.
• Developing and executing a data/AI roadmap.
Qualifications:
• Active enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s program.
• Preferred majors: Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in data science tools and techniques, Excel, Data Analytics tools, Power BI, and SQL.
• A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Agility and eagerness to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. BJ’s Wholesale Club considers various factors (location, education, experience, qualifications) when determining final salary.
