Product Management Intern, Unified Access – Fall 2026 | 1Password

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive: Drive the product development lifecycle for various features across the Unified Access program.
• Collaborate: Work closely with development teams to keep them unblocked and building towards the North Star customer experience.
• Represent: Represent the “voice of the customer” in agile ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
• Build: Build customer empathy through interviews, conversations, and aggregation of customer interactions.
• Mature: Help build and mature the Product Management craft at 1Password, including the use of AI.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or early career individual seeking hands-on experience in product management. A foundational understanding of customer-centric problem solving is implied.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience required. Demonstrated willingness to take on new challenges, humility to learn from mistakes, curiosity to seek better ways, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset are essential.
• Skills: Problem definition, customer research, cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to product development.
• Bonus: Experience as a founder or product builder, an understanding of AI coding tools, empathy for 1Password admin and end-user personas, or personal experience using 1Password or other password managers.
